Skin Color Capture for Spark AR

I developed this for my recent effect, SLOW_DOWN (video)

There are 2 patch assets included:

SkinColorCapture will give the best results, but uses render passes - it creates a temporally smoothed skin texture. There is also SkinColorCapture (basic) doesn't use render passes. I used something like this on It's Always You.
